Our client offers restaurateurs across North America technology, including individual mobile application and marketing tools, customer service, and access to a dispatch team to empower their individual growth and level the field for them to fight against giant online aggregators and franchises.

The business challenge for our client was sourcing and building an end-solution with the right technological structure to support their restaurateurs for scale and revenue growth. Currently in the competitive food ordering landscape, large aggregators take available customer data from their site, or a site that is often powered by the aggregator but branded with the restaurant’s identity, to heavily re-market and switch the loyalty of a customer over from individual restaurants to their aggregator services.

Our KeJo experts were set to deliver something that would surpass competition and challenge industry status quo. We delivered a Heroku platform as the central infrastructure for the customer-facing application for restaurants, corporations and consumers to access. We worked in combination with Field Service and Dispatch Lightning to build a central infrastructure offering highly responsive dispatching capabilities for dispatchers and drivers, who help to get timely delivery in the hands of consumers; Customer Communities to provide restaurants with their own branded website with a robust online ordering platform. Layered on top with Marketing Cloud, we provided our client’s B2B customers (restaurants and other local businesses) with business intelligence marketing solutions, loyalty campaigns and business insights to drive growth.
